Great home for entertaning with large undercover patio overlooking the Golf Course, or working from home with free Broadband Internet. The whole family is welcome even the pets on application as there is a huge fully fenced yard. There are 4 bedrooms, two queen bed suites and also two bedrooms with double beds to the lower and a single bunk over. Sleeps 10 in beds and two extra trundle beds can be provided on application.
The home is fully airconditioned to every room and can be zoned. The home is non smoking, we have an ashtray outside.
The home has two plasma t.v.'s, one with Austar, the other t.v. has a dvd player and there are lots of movies. There is also a highchair and porta cot, free of charge.
There are also lots of books, childrens toys and toybox, plus games.
The home is fully self contained for long stays as well as short.
The home is in a very central position to everything on the Gold Coast. Only 10 minutes drive from Dreamworld/ Movieworld, Wet n Wild, Outback Spectacular and Seaworld.
Harbourtown Shopping Outlet with designer stores is only a 5 minute drive away.
Main Beach with a surf beach is 7-10 minutes drive away.
Surfers Paradise is 15 minutes drive.
Broadbeach/ Jupiters Casino is approx. 20 minutes drive.
There is public transport at the end of the street.
We can organise your airport transfers, car hire, tours and theme park passes from our office.
