Description
Just imagine your family enjoying a swim in your large saltwater pool before heading out for a day on the beach or on the river. For the more energetic there are plenty of walking trails and bike tracks to explore before you indulge yourselves at a nearby cafe or restaurant. Alternatively you can relax and enjoy a BBQ whilst you watch the children playing in the park.
The keen fisherman can always throw a line in at the Mooloolah River, on the beach or for the more adventurous launch your boat from the local boat ramp.
Nearby there are some great golf and bowling clubs where you can always enjoy a game or two before treating yourself to a little indulgence of retail therapy at one of the nearby shopping centres.
The house is in a residential area and we are very mindful of our neighbours. No parties or loud music are allowed.
Booking Conditions
- Rates are shown for the whole week. Check In is from 2.00pm and Check out is up to 10.00am.
- The balance of your tariff is due 30 days prior to your arrival date.
- If you cancel within 1-50 days of the arrival date, your tariff will be refunded on the re-letting of the property for the same period.
- If you cancel 51 days or more prior to the arrival date your tariff will be refunded.
- This property must not be used for parties, functions or unlawful purposes as loss of security deposit and/or eviction may occur.
- We welcome small well behaved pets. Your pets are not allowed inside on the furniture.
- You may wish to take out Travel Insurance to cover for cancellation fees and lost deposits for pre-paid travel arrangements due to unforeseen circumstances neither expected nor intended by you or which are outside your control.
