Our cottages are air-conditioned and offer cutlery, crockery, cooking facilities, linen and towels, LCD flat screen TVs, board games, DVD/CD library and pot belly wood fires for cold winter nights. All you need bring are your personal effects. Each cottage has a BBQ and a private enclosure where your pet can run free. You won't find better value for money in the Margaret River region.
We provide a "starter" breakfast; and guests can also avail themselves of free eggs, so long as the chickens are laying.

  • Recommendations

  • "Good hospitality "
    Koichi, June 2008

  • "We had a lovely time at the farm and found the cottage very comfortable with great views of the bush, really relaxing because Margaret river as such is a busy place. The farm is in the middle of all the attractions, but still away from it all. The host were very friendly, and the children thought the animal feeding was superb! "
    Corinna, February 2008

  • "Sara, Ivan and Saya made us feel extremely welcome. The cottages were extremely clean and well resourced. Our children are actually afraid of animals and the gentle way in which they were encouraged to feed the animals helped to put them at ease. We had a great family holiday. The kids loved the trampoline and rustic playground whilst we enjoyed the spa and the peace. It was great that it was close to Margaret townsite and so many tourist attractions but you felt like you were still in the country. Would recommend it to all as a great family getaway...."
    Michelle, January 2008

  • "Very friendly and helpful owners. Great location (close to MR and wineries). Rooms basic but fine. Aircon could do without the timer cut-off in summer!"
    Hugh, January 2008

  • "Margaret River Farmstay was a great place to take our international visitor. Our hosts were welcoming and we enjoyed the morning activities of feeding the different animals. The accommodation was very pleasant and was a nice home away from home. An added bonus was looking out from our bedroom window and seeing the kangaroos early in the morning as well as hearing birdsong in the morning. While being close to Margaret River township, the Farmstay was far away enough to feel like we were in the country. The only drawback was having to drive into Margaret River if we wanted to dine out at night. "

  • "Margaret River Farmstay was a very relaxing and enjoyable place for my wife and friend to stay. The accommodation is very comfortable, Kitchen and facilities excellent, and the spa bath very relaxing after exploring the caves. The couple that run the property are lovely and helpful people."
    Michael, December 2007

  • "Beautiful appartment, animals and spot and it's very easy to visit the Margaret River attractions. Perfect hosts. Real sense of nature, just as we searched for."
    Francesco and Manuela, December 2005

  • "We can't wait for our next visit to Margaret River Farmstay. It was so relaxing and beautiful, and our son had such a great time feeding all the animals."
