Description
A short walk to Pottsville Beach, this house has 4 bedrooms and can comfortably accomodate 8 - 10 people. Upstairs has a King Bed in the main room and 2 single beds plus a day bed in the second bedroom. It has a 2 way ensuite with separate toilet. It has 2 decks so you can follow the sun or seek shelter in the shade whatever the time of day. With an open plan kitchen, dining & lounge room there is plenty of room for all the family to be together. Not to mention enjoy the modern 55 inch LCD TV and DVD player. Plug your iphone [MP3] directly into the supplied stereo cable and play YOUR music effortlessly.
Downstairs are the 3rd and 4th bedrooms. One with a Queen sized bed and the other has 2 King Singles plus a King Single trundle bed. The downstairs bathroom is level and easy for the grandparents if they come along too. The extended family fits in this house and can still like each other at the end of the holiday!
Entertainment & Facilities
Downstairs the media room has its projector TV, DVD and PS2 and a quiet sitting room overlooking the sparkling in ground pool. Plus the rumpus room as a fat screen. So you will not have to compromise on TV program selection. There is a small gated backyard that is pet friendly, though any pets must stay outside the house. The front area has an inviting swimming pool and covered cabana with table seating for 8 - 10. There are even some beach & pool toys in the garage for guests to use (at their own risk!). The book shelves and games cupboard are not bare so you will enjoy some good old fashioned laughs without feeling like you have to bring your whole house with you! Plus there are some classic DVDs in the drawer should you feel like a lazy day inside.
This house has only recently been furnished as a holiday rental and everything has been thought of. The kitchen is well equipped with a variety of appliances including a toasted sandwich press, a large frypan, a rice cooker and a coffee machine so you will not have to feel like you are 'making do' in the kitchen. The washing machine & dryer are new & washing powder will be supplied. Instructions have been left so you will not have to battle technology to get things working, remember you are on holiday in Pottsville Beach! A BBQ for easy entertaining is at the ready too.
