Description
Ideally situated between Perth and Fremantle, Mosman Beach Apartments provide 1, 2 and 3 bedroom self-serviced apartments, in a lush tropical style garden setting, overlooking a heated salt water swimming pool.
We are only 300 metres from Cottesloe Beach and 100 metres to bus stops and Victoria Street train station. Major shops, restaurants and art galleries are all within 500 metres.
THE APARTMENTS
The apartments are spacious, each with a private bathroom and fully equiped kitchen including fridge, gas stove and microwave oven. A breakfast bar with stools connects the kitchen to the open-plan lounge/dining room, which contains a lounge suite, dining table and chairs, television, radio, telephone and tropical ceiling fan.
In each apartment the master bedroom contains a queen sized bed and the other bedrooms contain two single beds, with space for a cot or fold-out bed, if required. All bedrooms have tropical ceiling fans. All linen and towels are provided.
Each apartment has its own private terrace or balcony, with outdoor table and chairs, ideal for a sunny early morning breakfast or dinner under the stars. Although the apartments themselves are non-smoking, smoking is permitted outside on the verandahs.
SERVICES
A LAUNDRY with automatic washing machine and commercial dryer is available on site. Also situated within the gardens surrounding the apartments are a fully equipped under-cover GYMNASIUM and BARBEQUE areas available to guests.
We have ample off-street PARKING for guests and visitor parking is available under the Peppermint trees in Fairlight Street.
CHILD FACILITIES:
We welcome families and children to the apartments, where they can enjoy the secure garden and fenced heated swimming pool.
Cots, high chairs etc. are available upon request.
