Description
This property provides everything you need for a fun family holiday escape. The house is big enough for 2 families and is both child & dog friendly. We have all the equipment needed for babies & toddlers including high chair, baby bath, cot & kids table & chairs. A large dog kennel is located in the fully fenced yard.
Sleeps up to 12 people in four bed rooms with two bathrooms a large indoor sun room area , and balcony both with extensive views of Nelsons Bay & the Heads.
The large backyard has even room for your boat & cars in our double garage & double carport!

Location
Our property is a 2 min walk to Wanda Beach, which is terrific for young children 5 min walk to Sunset beach which is also great for young children and has a lovely jetty that you can fish off. There is also a children's playground nearby.
Its also a 10 min drive to Bagnalls Beach (Baggies) which is dog friendly and dogs can be let off leash.
The property is 5 min walk to either the Soldiers Point Bowling club for a meal and entertainment and the Shores Steakhouse for a steak & a beer in the evening
