It’s a fantastically located home, only 3 minutes walk to Moana beach esplanade (no major roads to cross) and the new local Moana Heights shops, play parks and bus stop. A few minutes drive away is the Seaford Shopping Centre which has a good selection of shops and facilities

Rear garden – The large sunny garden is securely fenced and has a huge paved area with outdoor furniture, gas barbecue, clothes line, and lawn area.

Local Attractions

Moana Beach 3 minute walk away (Kid friendly area) or drive on for long lazy days by the sea, you may even see the dolphins surfing in on the waves!!

McLaren Vale wine region is only 5 minutes drive away for great wine tasting (many cellar doors have kids activities) enjoy regional platters, cafe or top quality restaurant meals.
