Whilst tucked away in a quiet residential area, just a stroll will bring you into the heart of Byron - shops, cafes, the pub, etc.
It is a comfortable walk to just about anything in town.
No worries about the teenagers they can come and go as they please. leave the car parked in the drive if you wish.

Outdoor dining with  BBQ on a terra cotta tiled patio looks high over the parklands and tree tops with abundant birdlife - the lorikeets will come down and feed in the grevilleas right beside you and look out for the kookaburras if meat is on the menu.
3 bedrooms in the main house - 1 queen with ensuite, 1 double and 2 singles and bathroom with separate toilet, a fourth bedroom outside the house and under the patio with 2 doubles, the house will sleep 8 adults with comfort.
Fully fenced, the large yard makes a great playground for kids and dogs. It is only a short walk along the foreshore to a dog friendly beach.
