Description

Coastlovers Lodge is nestled away in the sought-after Plantation Point area. It is quiet yet very close to the beaches and all amenities.

There are three bedrooms, two upstairs and one downstairs. With two queen sized beds and four singles, the house will comfortably sleep six adults or two families. The two bedrooms upstairs both have built in robes.

The upstairs bathroom has a bath and there is a second shower and toilet downstairs.

The kitchen has everything you need to cook up a feast and there is a BBQ in the garage.

Children are more than welcome, the stairs have a security gate at the top to prevent crashes.

Everything has been supplied for you to have a great stay, all you need to bring is your bed linen, towels and your holiday spirit. We hope you decide to stay at Coastlovers Lodge, you will have a great time.

Bring your pet

If you have a small dog or a cat we welcome you to bring them along. The house is located off the only dog friendly beach in the area and it a great place to bring the whole family for a vacation!

The back yard is fenced, so your pets have space to run around without running away! We do not supply bedding or food bowls etc for your pets so you will need to bring these items with you.

We expect you to clean up after your animals and make sure they are dry and sand free before entering the house. There is a compost bin in the yard for disposal of doggy doo which we encourage you to use.

Please ensure your animal are treated for worms and flees before your stay which stops our next holiday makers from taking home any unwanted guests.

Attractions/Activities

No matter how old you are, whether you like to take it easy or want a holiday full of action packed adventure, Jervis Bay has something to offer everyone.

Staying at Coastlovers Lodge puts you in the ideal position to make the most of all the attractions. It is situated at secluded Plantation Point, tucked away between Huskisson and Hyams Beach. You will be surrounded by nature reserves and national parks, to your left is Jervis Bay Marine Park and directly ahead is Nelsons beach and Point Perpendicular.

Jervis Bay has some of the clearest waters and whitest sand in Australia and as it is one of the most eastern points on our coastline, it provides a unique opportunity to witness Humpback Whales migrating along the coast. It is also home to a large number of dolphin pods and if it isn’t enough for you to sit on the shore to view these magnificent creatures then whale and dolphin cruises are run each day out of Huskisson (5 minutes away).

Any water activity you are interested in, be it surfing, diving, snorkeling, fishing, canoeing or sea kayaking it is all available. If a leisurely sightseeing cruise is more your speed, there are cruises departing daily from Huskisson wharf where you can experience some of the most awesome coastline in the country. For the land lovers, you could check out the lighthouse at Point Perpendicular, go bush walking, horse riding, take a bus tour, a game of golf or just stroll around the specialty stores in Husky, it\'s up to you.

If rest and relaxation is what your after then there is a lovely picnic and BBQ area two minutes away at Nelsons Beach and a playground for the kids or at the Vincentia shops there are great takeaway places and restaurants (the Mexican is excellent, try the Beef Chimmy Changa), or maybe take in a film at the picture theatre in Huskisson.

We urge you to give Jervis Bay a try, we are sure that you will fall in love with the place like we did!!

Guest Reviews

  • "Clean, comfortable and in a quiet neighbourhood with everything we needed for a peaceful and relaxing holiday. Buzz and Kappa, the two Corgis, loved it and only a few minutes walk to a very dog friendly Nelsons beach with lots of well socialised local dogs for them to play with. I've already booked for our next stay!"

  • "Great place to stay with your dog just a hop, skip and jump away from a lovely dog friendly beach. Our dog loved it just as much as we did - she even went for a little "surf". "

  • "We have had a wonderful holiday at Coastlovers - it is in a great location close to everything. It is in a quiet location near the White Sands walk. The house has plenty of room and well equipped with everything we needed for our holiday. We spent a lot of time on the deck looking out to the water. Our favourite picnic spot was Blenheim beach with picnic tables, playground and lots of birds and a lovely beach - it is about a 15 minute walk along the bush track or a 2 minute drive. Fantastic!"
