Yallingup Holiday House

The views over Yallingup Beach and North to Cape Naturaliste demand anyone choosing to stay at this property to wind down and watch over the ever changing vista.
This property can comfortably accommodate up to 12 people, in 4 upstairs bedrooms, and 3 downstairs bedroom areas. The design of the house is such that 4-6 people will feel just as 'at home' in the house, as a family with older children needing more space.

House features

The main bedroom is equipped with a Queen sized bed and another bedroom has a double bed. All the remaining bedrooms have single beds (2 sets of bunks). All linen, towels, pillows, blankets/doonas, are provided to ease the luggage load.

Tastefully renovated, the fully equipped kitchen (incl. microwave, dishwasher, gas stove & oven, large fridge/freezer) is part of a lovely open plan living area with polished jarrah floorboards and comfortable leather lounges. The lounge area includes colour TV, DVD, VCR and CD stereo. With a wood fire and air conditioners throughout, this house caters wonderfully for a great holiday atmosphere regardless of the season.

Both laundry and 2 bathrooms have also been recently renovated, adding light and style.

Facing north, the decking area overlooking the magnificent Yallingup vista, has been designed for maximum usage. Stylish teak outdoor furniture, and cushioned jarrah recliner chairs makes it the perfect place to sit and relax and watch the beautiful Yallingup sunsets.

The 'bunkroom' downstairs is ideal for those with teenage children, or for larger groups requiring more space. There is sleeping for 5 people with a common area providing TV, VCR and a small kitchenette.
