Course. The extensive views over the course and on to the mountains beyond is simply breathtaking. There is central
heating and a beautiful log fire in the spacious lounge room for those cozy nights at home. The level garden is
beautiful in all seasons and opens onto Blackheath Golf Course. It is a short walk to the Blackheath Golf Club and
short drive (or longer walk) into town.


Bedroom Details:
Bedroom 1 - Queen bed with electric blanket, hanging space, bedside tables and lamps.
Bedroom 2 - Two single beds with electric blankets, hanging space, bedside tables and lamps.
Bedroom 3 - Queen bed with electric blanket, hanging space, bedside tables and lamps.

Linen:
Linen supplied - This includes Doona's, blankets, pillows, sheets, pillow slips, 1 towel each, bathmat(s) and tea towels.

Bathroom:
Bath, separate shower, toilet and vanity.

Lounge Rm:
Large lounge room with comfortable seating for 6, an open fireplace, DVD and Flat screen TV. There is an input jack
in the kitchen pantry suitable for iphone/ipod or computer. An amplifier in the kitchen cuboard over the fridge which,
combined with the input jack will push the music into the overhead speakers.

Kitchen:
Stainless steel oven, microwave and warming drawer and Caesar stone bench tops. An ice/water fridge, dishwasher,
microwave, kettle, toaster and sandwich maker.

Dining:
Dining area table with seating for six.

Laundry:
Washing machine, dryer, laundry tub, clothes airer and ironing facilities.

Heating:
Central heating and open fireplace. WOOD NOT SUPPLIED but can be arranged upon request (additional charge
applies).

For midweek bookings (Mon-Thur) the minimum tariff is 3 nights 20% surcharge for school and public holidays
