If you are after a peaceful beach holiday then this family friendly modern "balinese" inspired home might be what you are looking for. Sleeps up to 7 with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. Trampoline (with net) & cubby house for children. Two outdoor entertainment areas. Quiet area of town close to river, safe beach at Ocean Grove & 13th beach surf breaks. Plenty of great coffee shops, restaurants, parks and walking tracks. 10 min walk to town. 15 minute walk to family friendly beach. Area terrific for cycling enthusiasts. Outdoor hot water shower under the stars or after a day at the beach washing sandy kids off. bbq. Split system air con & heating. Close to Adventure park ... great fun day out for all of the family. Close to Geelong for shopping, cinemas & waterfront parks, restaurants & kids activities. Balinese day bed for those sleepy afternoons with a book. Close to Bellarine Penninsular wineries & day trips down the great ocean road. Flat screen tvs in both living areas, also flat screen tv in main bedroom.

Pets ok ... BUT PLEASE KEEP THEM OUTSIDE ONLY - secure fencing for your 4 legged family members. Clean up after them thanks. Bring along their bedding as we have a big doggy house
