Description
This stunning home is situated in a quiet location on absolute beachfront at Sapphire Beach 10 minutes north of Coffs Harbour. The open planned kitchen ,dining and living areas, with polished concrete floors, merge with the large balcony via 4 retractable glass sliding doors to create a relaxed holiday atmosphere with uninterrupted views of the beach and ocean from all areas.
The kitchen is set up with all modern German applicances with a large walk in pantry to satisfy the needs of every master chef. Whilst there are restuarants within walking distance(and more within a short driving distance) the home ,facilities and ambience create the perfect environment for "stay at home" holiday lifestyle.
For the active there are beach activities including surfing swimming fishing and long(or short) beach walking at the doorstep.
Sleeping
The main bedroom features a king bed, ensuite with shower and freestanding bath with views of the beach. The 2nd master bedroom on the main level features a king bed and balcony with views of the private swimming pool. The soothing sound of the waves from this room ensure pleasant dreams. The third bedroom on the lower level features a queen bed with views of the swimming pool. The study includes an inner sprung leather sofa bed. Additional beds(either bunks or queen bed) are avaiable on request for use in the lower level tv room.
The 3 main bedrooms sleep 6 and the home is able to comfortably sleep an additional 3 or 4 people.
All linen is provided. You just need your beach towels!

All your meals and relaxing will be spent watching the waves, dolphins and natural beauty from the main/balcony living area.
Every room is light and spacious.
Enjoy your day with numerous sporting and outdoor activities including swimming, beach walking,fising and relax with that favourite champagne taking in the endless view.
The water is crystal clear with the magnificent colours of the Pacific Ocean. Whales pass in July and October. The Dolphins are surfing out the front all year round.
We do not permit parties.Corporate functions and small weddings may be permissable with prior arrangement.
All bookings must be prepaid and a credit card must be supplied on check in as a security deposit.
