Executive Double Story 3 x 2.5 plus spacious living areas including balcony/alfresco. This is an impressive yet very functional and adaptable home having two large fully fitted living and dining areas.
On the bottom story there is a large open plan living area which includes lounge, dining and kitchen, fitted with all new appliances including dishwasher. One side of this area leads to two queen bedrooms with pillowtop beds, a spacious bathroom and separate wc. A fully equipped laundry and linen is accessed from the other side. There are great ocean views from nearly anywhere in the entire house with the third bedroom and lounge area having direct access to the landscaped and fully fenced back garden through large sliding doors. The front bedroom also has sliding door access out to the front lawn overlooking the beach. The bottom story has a double remote lock up garage and remotes will be supplied on your arrival. There is only room for parking two vehicles. Yes, the beach is that close!!
Behind the living area's, stairs lead to the second story which again has large open plan lounge and dining spaces as well as a kitchenette, all with fabulous beach and sea views. A hall on one side has access to the powder room and linen cupboards and leads to the main suite which also has 180 degree views. This suite has a King Size pillowtop bed, walk-in-robe/dressing and a full ensuite with another wc. Both the main bedroom and living areas open up to the large alfresco balcony with more glorious views from Bunbury to the Cape and beyond. Quality linen, fittings and furnishings will ensure the most comfortable stay and we are happy to attend to any special requirements where possible.
THE LOCAL AREA:
The attractions of Busselton and the Cape are well documented with Wineries, Caves, Fishing, Fun Parks, Boating, Cheese, Olive and Chocolate Factories, Animal Farms, Surfing, Forests, Horse Riding, Historical Sites etc. but with this location there are also a number of attractions right at your front door.
The International WA Iron Man Triathlon is run in Busselton and the race goes right past the front door so you can have a bird's eye view of all the action. The Geographe Race Week, which is the largest annual yachting regatta in WA, is another event held close by and you can watch the boats from your balcony or stroll down to the Marina for a closer look and a drink at the Tavern. A good restaurant is also just a short walk away as are the Ramsar Wetlands and Bird Sanctuary with world renowned Tuart Forrest's only a few minutes drive.
Protected, safe and very quiet beaches start just a couple of steps from the front of the property offering swimming, walking, fishing, crabbing and other water sports. Dolphins also regularly visit the bay out front to feed and play.
You can do as much or as little as you like but the sunsets are a must. In fact one could easily spend an entire week just looking at the view.
