3 bedrooms. Main queen bedroom with ocean views. 2nd bedroom with 2 singles. 3rd bedroom with double and single above.
1 bathroom with bath in the house. Separate toilet in the house. Additional shower/toilet in laundry downstairs accessible from outside.
100m to the lake's edge and a further 100m along the lakefront to the surf beach.

Location

90 mins north of Sydney between Macmasters Beach and Avoca Beach.

We had barbeques each day on the large balcony whilst viewing the beach (only 2m mins walk) and gazing at the sunset. We were even lucky enough to spot some whales and swim within metres of a pod of dolphins!!"

It was very close to the beach and surrounding suburbs, driving from place to place knowing we had a relaxing and very comfy house to come home to. It was a home away from home. Really loved the beautiful deck with awesome views especially cooking up a storm on the barbie, with a beer in one hand, and the eyes on the crashing waves of copa beach. Strongly recommed it to anyone!!!"
