outside.
Bedroom 5 - Four Single beds, lamp, oil heater, three seater lounge and coffee table. This room is accessed
internally via the garage.

Linen:
LINEN NOT SUPPLIED - All beds include Doona's/blankets and pillows. Electric blankets on beds in bedrooms 1, 2 and 3 only. There are also plenty of spare blankets. Please bring your own sheets, pillow slips, towels, bathmat(s) and tea towels. LINEN HIRE AVAILABLE ON REQUEST

Advertised tariffs are "FROM" Rates and depend on the actual dates/no. of nights If arrival day is a Sunday, the Sunday rate is half the weekend daily rate,except bookings longer than 7 days. For midweek bookings (Mon-Thur) the minimum tariff is 3 nights 20% surcharge for school and public holidays
