Kitchen
The fully equipped kitchen includes refrigerator, stainless steel oven, cooktop, microwave , pots, pans and all crockery and cutlery.
Serving plates, extra storage containers and items such as tea, coffee and sugar are all provided.

Outdoor Living
There are 3 separate decks for relaxing outside.
The largest upper level deck has easy access from the kitchen and is complete with hooded gas BBQ, two tables and ample seating for outdoor dining in warmer weather.
Heating & Cooling
During winter the upper levels of the house are kept toasty warm from the gas log heater.
Recent additions include reverse cycle air conditioning in the lower levels which cools the house in summer and warms the adjoining bedrooms via heat transfer units in winter.
Additional portable room heaters are available if required.

Local Attractions
Just a few minutes drive from the Mt Buller gate the Polehouse is perfectly located for quick access to the ski fields.
The Delatite river is walking distance from the Polehouse and perfect for a cooling dip in summer. Good size trout can be caught close by.
The Mt Buller chairlifts are open in summer for downhill mountain biking and the 16km climb is a great challenge for road cyclists.
The Polehouse is a 20 minute drive to the Mansfield Golf Club and is ideal for social golfing groups.
For motorsport fans the Targa High Country course passes through Sawmill Settlement every November.
There are also many local restaurants and wineries for a great way to unwind at the end of the day.
