Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, stove with hot plates and oven, microwave, cutlery and cooking utensils. Adjoining kitchen is a large dining table with chairs.

Outdoor entertaining area with a cocktail bar and stools, table setting and a barbeque.

Private heated outdoor Jacuzzi, large enough for four persons. The separate laundry has a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.

Single lock up garage and off street parking.

Main bedroom with king bed, reverse cycle air conditioning, television and ensuite bathroom with corner spabath, separate double shower, vanity and toilet Second bedroom with queen bed and ensuite bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet.

All bedroom linen and bath towels are provided.

Tariff......

Tariff valid until 30th September, 2005 is $250.00 per day based on two persons sharing.

Additional persons are charged at $75.00 for one person, per day or $100.00 for two persons, per day. (Maximum occupancy of 4 adults)

Tariff includes Full Breakfast Basket featuring Farm Fresh Eggs and Slices of Bacon for self-cooking.
