Spacious modern apartment newly furnished. Large comfortable balcony ideal for dining in and relaxing and enjoying the evening seabrezzes. Quite location away from the hustle and bustle of the city. No noisy restaurants or bars below, but close enough to be able to walk to and from these great locations for convenience.

There is much to do when you stay at Arkaba. The Darwin Convention Centre and wave pool is at your door step. An easy 5 min walk to Waterfront precinct, where you will find the wavepool, bars and restaurants. Only $16 for a family for the whole day at the wavepool, a great afordable family day. Leanyor water park only a short 20min drive. Free admission and loads of fun for the family, waterslides, lake and water adventure park.
Only a 5 min stroll to the Darwin CBD, which features many restaurants, cafes, shopping and the Mitchell Street bar strip close at hand. Bus depot only 2 min walk from the front door.
For a Territory Adventure, Litchfield is an hours drive and an easy day trip. Kakadu is an hour and a half away. There are Car Hire Businesses in town and at the Airport. It is best to pre book your hire car.
Darwin has a vibrant multicultural community, with excellent markets at Mindil Beach (Thursday and Sunday evenings in the dry season) and Parap (Every Saturday morning). There are many quality art galleries which feature local contemporary and indigenous art.
