Longbeach Beachfront Villas offer you a choice of Two 6 bedroom villas both right on the beach. The villas are situated at the end of a quiet cul-de -sac. No parties please.
Book out both 6 bedroom villas for your special extended family reunions.

All living areas overlook the beach with views across the bay and out to the Tollgate Islands. Each villa has a spacious living area upstairs and downstairs with a deck and patio to step out onto and enjoy the sea breezes. Long Beach is a safe swimming beach where dolphins often swim in close to play. There are great rock formations to explore above and below the water. You can step out of your villas, stroll onto the beach and take a walk for miles along unspoilt beaches and inlets. Batemans Bay is less than 10 minutes drive away for restaurants and shops or you could just order takeaway and relax while you wait. The fully equipped kitchen and BBQ give you the option of preparing your own meals too. We invite you to enjoy life on the beach.

Remember to bring your own linen, teatowels, toilet paper etc.


N.B. During school holidays the villas are booked for $1200 to $3,200 per week, depending on season and sleep up to 12 people.
Perfect for two or three families to share.
N.b. If group size is larger than 6 adults then at least 2 must be under 16 years of age.

Six bedroom villa

UPSTAIRS (upstairs section sleeps 6)
Three bedrooms ,fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, large open plan living/dining area with deck (BBQ on deck), two bathrooms and separate toilet.
Room configurations: One queen room with queen bed, ensuite, walk-in robe, and small balcony, 2nd queen room with queen bed and one twin room with two single beds.

DOWNSTAIRS (downstairs section sleeps 6)
Three bedrooms , large open plan living/dining area with patio, one bathroom (with bath and shower) and separate toilet.
Room configurations: One queen room with queen bed, twin room with two single beds and another twin room with two single beds.

All beds have doonas and pillows with covers.

Linen available for $20 per set including towel.

Hi Robyn,
We had a wonderful weekend and really enjoyed staying in the beachfront villas. We're quite a large group these days, 12 adults, 7 children & 3 babies and find it difficult to find a place that is large enough to accommodate us and is also child-friendly. We like the villas because we can all stay together, the beach is just across a very quiet road and we can actually watch the older kids from the balcony. The villas themselves are comfortable, low maintenance (which makes it easier with the kids) and has everything we need.

thank you for all your help we really enjoyed our stayed at Villa 1, Longbeach, we loved the close proximity to the beach and the lovely quiet street. The villa is set out perfectly for two families and I have recommended it to our friends. The area is beautiful and we would love to come again.

Thank you for a wonderful weekend. Our stay at the beachfront villas was one we will never forget, even though we were only there for three days! The house was spotless when we arrived and despite the weather, we still had a lovley time. We will definatley book the villas again in the near future! From Tahlia.

Hi Robyn
Thank you so much our weekend was fabulous. I have come back to Canberra feeling like I have had a rest. The environment made it very relaxing for all adults, we could sit on the balcony and watch the kids at the beach.
The kids were constantly at the beach swimming or just simply exploring around the rocks and sand. Not once did we have to worry about them as it was a safe place.
The Villas are very presentable and spacious and I will certainly be recommending them , not to mention our family will certainly return also.

We had a great weekend the Villas are perfect for families. The grandchildren spent all their time on the beach and they got on well with each other. That enabled the parents to also enjoy the weekend.

Hi Robyn,
Just a quick note to let you know that our stay at the Long Beach Beachfront Villas was wonderful. It met our expectations in every way. My husband, two young kids and I stayed with close friends who have three young children, and we all found the location and accommodation perfect to relax for the weekend, as well as it being close to everything that we wanted and needed. I certainly can see us booking more stays with you.

We had a lovely time at the villa - thankyou for allowing us to stay there. It was perfect for the kids - the street and the beach was quiet and safe and they were able to ride their bikes. The villa was also really spacious and quiet and both families had a relaxed fun week. Also worth mentioning is your great cleaners - the villa was absolutely spotless when we arrived. We would love to stay there again, and were even thinking of trying one of your sister villas.

Comments We had a week at Longbeach Beachfront Villas over christmas 2005. We consisted of 6 children ranging from 10 to 17 and 6 adults. The accommodation was brilliant. There was plenty of room for everyone to escape. The villas were clean and a pleasure to stay in. We paid for our holiday over the year by depositing into the owners account and Robyn Lack was very approachable and easy to contact when ever I had a question. ....but I shouldnt be telling you all this - it might make it harder for me to get into next time once youve all been there!
