The newly built 3-4 bedroom house is light and airy. Modern open plan living with tiled floors and high ceilings throughout. Master bedroom privately located with king bed and ensuite. Second bedroom with queen bed and access to second bathroom. Third bedroom with double bed and access to third bathroom. A forth bedroom has been partitioned off with another queen bed.

Lounge, dining and kitchen each open with bifolding doors to a covered & screened deck.

Accommodation for two cars with automatic doors.

Outside hot and cold showers to wash down with after a day in the saltwater waves.

Direct beach access through the rear of the property. Enjoy beautiful rainforest walks, the private nudist Kings Beach, protected headlands and the sun, sand and surf of the beautiful Broken Head beach, patrolled during holiday season.

Enjoy drives through the Byron Bay Hinterland and visit our regions rainforest including Minon Falls, Night Cap Ranges & Protestor Falls.

The unique and picturesque Villages include Nimbin, Clunes, Bangalow, The Channon & Dunoon. Climb Mt Warning and watch the sunrise, swim at the Whian Whian Waterhole and watch for the whales at Byron.

Visit the regions local arts and craft market every Sunday.
