Savvy St Kilda is stylishly decorated with a hybrid of modern design and iconic mid-century pieces.

There are two sun-drenched bedrooms. The spacious master bedroom has a king size bed and 2nd bedroom can be configured as a king or two singles. French doors in both bedrooms open onto an east facing balcony with elevated views overlooking the peaceful St Kilda Gardens - perfect for enjoying a lazy morning ‘book-in-bed’, an unwinding evening drink and BBQ or relaxing in the sun.

Savvy St Kilda has contemporary furnishings and quality stainless steel appliances. It has a fully equipped modern kitchen including dishwasher and microwave which service the open plan living/dining room. The apartment comes with secure off-street parking, a large plasma TV, complimentary wireless internet access and free local phone calls within reasonable use. Stairs provide access to the first floor of this boutique complex.

This urban short-stay apartment is ideal for those requiring business travel accommodation close to Melbourne’s-CBD. It is also a wonderful holiday apartment for two couples or family accommodation within a sniff of Melbourne’s best coffee precinct. Small pets are welcome.

Just a few blocks away are a host of local attractions including cosmopolitan Acland Street famous cake shops and colourful Fitzroy Street’s award winning restaurants and cafes. Close by is St. Kilda Beach with cycle and roller-blading tracks that go on forever, the famous Luna Park, the St. Kilda Sunday Craft Market, cinemas and live theatre, the beautiful Albert Park Lake...The list of attractions goes on and on as tram stops are only a very short walk away that can take you wherever you want to go.

Minimum Stays
In general, we have a 7 night min for bookings made 3 months or more in advance, and a 5 night min otherwise. Variations to minimum stays include some peak periods which may attract longer minimum stays, and we will also accept stays of less than 5 nights at our discretion, usually if they join directly to another booking leaving no gaps in our calendar or within the month of enquiry.
