"BONEHEADS" is located on the beautiful south coast at tranquil Eden with every possible convenience for our guests. The location is close to the Boardwalk which leads to the surf beach with friendly off leash areas for pets. Only minutes walk to the Golf Club, Vet, Soccer field, Skateboard Park. With Restaurants, Shops, Whale Museum, Wharf, medical centre, tennis and golf clubs close by, this newly renovated property is the perfect holiday getaway for couples, a family, 2 families or a group. Pets are very welcome and also have not been forgotten. Situated on a large fully fenced residential block it will give the kids and furkids space for a game of ball, cricket or soccer.
A large lockable garage is attached, plus ample level parking for boats, cars or any sort of big boy toy.
For the furkids - Big or Small - a specially fitted doggy hydra bath is ready to pamper your pooch(es) after a romp at the beach, with an outside kennel & bedding, or the puppies or pussy cats can utilise the comfortable inside bedding that is supplied, with tennis balls, water and feed bowls ready for their use. To avoid the furkids from escaping whilst your having fun, a secure gated fence has been very recently installed.
Eden and surrounding areas offer year round activities for everyone. Whale Watching, Fishing, Deep Sea Fishing, Rock or wharf fishing, Surfing, Discovery Cruises, Dolphin cruises, Bike Riding, Skateboard Parks, Lawn Bowls, Tennis, Kayaking, Bush walking in beautiful National Parks, or enjoy a jog along the beach and so much more is on offer!
Or have a fun family day at Magic Mountain or Top or Fun. A lot of fun and laughs for all the family. After a fun day out, return to comfort, enjoy an outdoor BBQ, beer or glass of wine whilst watching the sunset or sit back, relax and enjoy the show in front of the Surround Sound Home Theatre System on a very comfortable reclining lounge.
There are 3 spacious bedrooms with walk in robes that sleeps up to 7 comfortably.

There is a port a cot, high chair and walker for young guests. There are also toys and games for the kids, with a park around the corner.
The house also has a linen cupboard in hallway.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
A fully refundable security deposit of $200.00 applies which must be paid prior to arrival.
Boneheads has endeavoured to meet all guests requirements and needs during their stay. A large comfortable living room has plenty of luxurious seating for all guests to utilise whilst enjoying favourite TV shows or DVDs on the LCD Flat Screen Surround Sound Home Theatre System. There is a selection of DVD's and children DVD's for your enjoyment. There is also a selection of Board Games and toys for the kids, or kick the footy ball, have a game of soccer, or enjoy a drink & BBQ on the outdoor patio at sunset. Please note that BBQ gas bottle can be re filled at Eden Gas, located on main road at Eden Shopping Centre. (Opposite Eden Realty) for a fee.
