DOWNSTAIRS: An open plan KITCHEN is fully equipped for all cooking needs and has bar stools for casual meals.
The FAMILY ROOM has a comfortable sofa, digital TV, in-house DVDs, efficient gas heating for a cosy stay in winter and a split system air conditioner to keep the cottage cool in summer.
BATHROOM 1 - downstairs - French slipper bath for a relaxing soak also toilet and handbasin.
BATHROOM 2 - upstairs - large shower, twin vanity basins and toilet.
SUNROOM - downstairs looks onto a garden of fruit trees and has a dining table x 4 chairs and large comfortable chairs for relaxing in or reading the paper.
MAIN BEDROOM - upstairs with vaulted ceiling & exposed beams, has queen size bed and cooling fan.
SECOND BEDROOM - or loft is upstairs, has a queen size bed and split system.
MEZZANINE - connects the bedrooms and is a relaxing space away from living areas.
NO PETS
It's a 15 minute walk to shops & cafes and a 5 minute drive to the Rockford Concert venue. There are 65 cellar doors in the Yarra Valley, 35 of which have cafes & bistros so why not enjoy all it has to offer.

The cottage has been fully renovated and in the centre of town and overlooks municipal gardens. Close to cafes and shops, Chamomile Cottage sleeps 4 guests.
