Relax in comfort on the covered oversize deck and take in the magnificent vista. The large open plan lounge / dining / kitchen with high ceilings has the spectacular view of the bay on one side, through the stacking-sliding glass doors, and looks out on the gorgeous pool with another entertainment area on the other. The fully tiled ozone plunge pool is great for those with sensitive skin. Two swim jets allow you to use the pool for fitness as well as recreation.
Situated only 70m to the beautiful blue waters of the bay, several beaches are within a short stroll. Upon your return you can rinse off under the hot / cold outdoor shower.
Sit back and enjoy your holiday in ducted air conditiong while watching Foxtel (including the sports package) on the 130cm living room LCD which caters to everyone's viewing interests. The kitchen is a cook's dream, featuring Miele appliances throughout. Caesar Stone bench tops, a huge island bench with stools, an integrated fridge / freezer and zip tap (instant boiling and chilled / filtered water) all contribute to the luxurious feel of Point Vista.
Point Vista truly is Port Stephens' premier holiday house. If you can drag yourself away from BBQs, drinks and water watching on the deck, you'll find Port Stephens offers activities and sites that appeal to everyone... the only problem will be fitting it all in. A must is the walk along Sunset Beach (a couple of minutes walk from Point Vista) to the award winning Soldiers Point marina, where you'll find two great restaurants perched over the water.
Point Vista is close to all beaches Port Stephens has to offer. Located in Soldiers Point you are surrounded by water and within a kilometre of shops, restaurants, pub, bowling club, tennis courts and the main boat ramp in the whole area. It is a convenient 10 minutes from Nelson Bay, Dolphin/Whale Watch Cruises and Sand Dune Safaris. The area's main shopping complex is just 5 min drive.

Point Vista's Features
Located within minutes of Nelson Bay, Point Vista is a 3 bedroom house which allows accommodation for a maximum of 8 guests. Due to its elevated position, panoramic views are enjoyed from all levels. The house is comprised of 3 levels. The top floor has a double lock up garage and main entrance. The 2nd level offers high ceilings, an open plan lounge, dining table seating 8, gourmet kitchen and powder room/toilet. The large viewing deck has lazy chairs, an 8 seat table and BBQ. Next to the swim jet pool is a bench seating entertainment area and an adjacent deck has additional seating.
All three bedrooms on the lower level enjoy the water views and open on to another viewing deck. The main bedroom features a queen bed with walk-in robe and a stylish ensuite, complete with ceiling rain shower and wall mounted shower rose. A 40inch wall mounted TV tempts you to relax in bed and put on a DVD. The 2nd bedroom has a queen and the third bedroom 2 sets of solid timber bunks (4 single beds). Both have built in robes to cater for long stays. Ceiling fans are located in the queen bedrooms. The bunkbeds room has a pedestal fan. All the bedrooms have blinds and/or shutters. The blinds can't be seen in the photos, as they are hidden behind a purpose build bulkhead.
The main bathroom is generously proportioned and includes a walk-in shower and unique imported bath (the only one in Australia) to ensure you unwind after a day in paradise. There is also a laundry with washing machine & dryer.
You will need to bring your own towels and linen. Otherwise, a very reasonable price has been arranged with Tomaree Linen hire. GUESTS ARE TO CONTACT THE TOMAREE LINEN HIRE COMPANY AND ARRANGE THIS SERVICE THEMSELVES. A pack for 4 guests costs $85. This includes linen, pillow cases, towels, hand towels, bath mats and tea towel. The linen service includes drop off and pickup. Their contact details can be supplied on request . Doonas (with decorative covers), blankets and pillows are already supplied. We can also supply you with a contact phone number for a business that you can hire a cot from.
