Description

Gunyah House is a holiday home 700m walk to the Rye pub and pier.

Gunyah means home and Gunyah House is definately a home from home.

There are two bedrooms with queen size beds and one large kids room with three bunks. Baby equipment is available on request.

There are bay views from the large undercover deck outside with bbq facilities, and a large garden for the kids to play in. The kitchen features all appliances: microwave, large fridge freezer, iron and ironing board, food processor and dishwasher. All crockery, pots and pans are there for your use.

The lounge features a TV with a play station and a DVD player. There are a good selection of childrens toys. Hair dryer in the bathroom.

Doonas,pillow and extra bankets are there for your use. You must take your own linen, towels and tea towels. Please note, the two double beds have queen size doonas on them.

Gunyah house is NOT available for schoolies or parties. This is a residential area and police have authority to evict noisy tenants.
There are no rubbish facilities at the house. All your rubbish must be taken home with you.
