With both of Glenn's apartments (the other one is also by the beach in St Kilda, refer www.stayz.com.au/101657) his aim is to provide a stylish, practical, light and bright, comfortable apartment WITH a high level of personal service. With a location to die for, including just a walk to Acland Street and St Kilda beach, this renovated 2nd floor 1-bedroom spacious (52 square metres) apartment has a separate kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. With huge windows in the lounge and bedroom, with east and north aspects respectively, this apartment is ablaze with light and bright. A 3rd adult can be accomodated on the huge and firm leather couch.

Glenn is fully self employed and manages 2 serviced apartments and provides presentations training to corporations. He prides himself in responding promptly and efficiently to all enquiries which includes keeping the calendar meticulously up to date. He appreciates 'going the extra mile' is good for business but he genuinely enjoys helping and providing an uncomplicated service exceeding expectations - he does not want anything to be hard work for you.

2. IT'S IN ST KILDA - St Kilda is the most popular part of Melbourne i.e. to where tourists and locals alike flock. The apartment is just 100 metres from Acland Street and 400 metres from the beach;
3. RESIDENTIAL BUILDING - Although in Melbourne's most popular suburb, the apartment is situated in a quiet street and in a quiet residential building;
4. INEXPENSIVE - The tariff is low until the apartment becomes well known after opening as a serviced apartment full-time in September 2011 - guests are getting a bargain. The apartment is a spacious one bedroom apartment with full cooking and entertaining guests facilities, as distinct from a hotel room with everything crammed into a confined space. A lot of accommodation places use photographs to exaggerate the size, this apartment is spacious, bright and with glorious views. It has the WOW factor.

11. YOU DEAL DIRECTLY WITH GLENN - he does the cleaning as well to make sure everything is perfect) who undertakes to cater for your needs. Glenn speaks English, French and Italian. He has lived in Melbourne since 1990 except for several long stays in Paris and living in Italy for a year. His photo is included in this listing only so you can identify him at the airport; and
12. CLEANLINESS - All parts of the apartment that are subject to constant touching are wiped with disinfectant as a part of each clean.

HOW YOU PAY
You can pay Glenn by electronic funds transfer (EFT), by walking into a bank and depositing into his bank account, by personal or bank cheque OR to STAYZ by credit card online.

WHEN YOU PAY
If you pay other than by credit card online:
You pay a deposit which is generally the greater of the cost of the first night of your stay or 20% of the total tariff. If necessary a further payment is required to be made at least 14 days before the first night of your stay so at least 50% of the total tariff is paid. The 50% balance and the fully refundable $200 bond (NO BOND IS PAYABLE IF YOU CHOOSE TO PROVIDE YOUR VISA or MASTERCARD DETAILS) can be paid at check-in time.

If you pay STAYZ by credit card online:
You pay a deposit which is generally the greater of the cost of the first night of your stay or 20% of the total tariff. 28 days prior to the first night of your stay STAYZ debits your credit card with the balance. If you book less than 28 days before the first night of your stay you pay the total tariff up front.

CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY - PAYMENT OTHER THAN BY CREDIT CARD ONLINE TO STAYZ
- If you cancel more than 14 days prior to the first night of your stay, your deposit is fully refunded;
- If you cancel between 14 days and 7 days prior to the first night of your stay - loss of 20% of the total tariff; and
- If you cancel less than 7 days prior to the first night of your stay - loss of 50% of the total tariff.

CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY - PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD ONLINE TO STAYZ
- If cancellation made 14 or more days before the first night of your stay - loss of 15% of the total tariff;
- If cancellation made between 14 and 7 days before the first night of your stay - loss of 30% of the total tariff; and
- If cancellation made within 7 days of the first night of your stay - loss of 50% of the total tariff.
For stays longer than 10 nights the cancellation/refund policy is negotiable.
