The apartment is two storey.
Upstairs there is a queen bed side tables and wardrobes,a bathroom, a modern, well equipped kitchen and dining facilities that inclue a 'crackle' glass table and leather chairs, and a TV area with comfortable leather recliner chairs,rug and a lounge.



A small balcony is adjacent to the lounge with clear views and the gentle sounds of the waves. You can see the Clydesdale horses pass each morning and night on their way to the Causeway and Granite Island.

Downstairs has a bathroom and laundry, a bedroom with a queen size bed and another bedroom with two single beds.
There is a secure garage for one car.
