Description
Oladdie Beach House is a two-storey Holiday House at James Well on the Yorke Peninsula, just a short drive from Adelaide.
It is located on an elevated block providing fantastic sea views across the Peninsula. The huge glass doors/windows upstairs lead out onto the large balcony where you can sit back and enjoy a wine/drink with good company. On a clear night you are able to see the lights of Adelaide and Black Point in the distance. The deck also features an outdoor setting with seating for 10 people, with a 6 Burner BBQ available undercover in the garage.
Providing 5 bedrooms (2 upstairs and 3 downstairs) and 2 bathrooms/toilets the house can accomodate up to 15 guests - the bedding configuration is as follows: 3 Queen Beds, 1 Double Bed, 7 Single Bunk Beds.
When you walk into the house, you will turn straight into holiday mode, as you see the brightly coloured feature walls and beach-themed canvas paintings throughout. Quality fixtures and fittings are available to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
There are 3 LCD televisions throughout the house - 26" in the main bedroom upstairs, 40" in the upstairs living area and 42" in the downstairs living area. There is also a Blu-Ray DVD Player in the upstairs living area for your use.
Quilts and Pillows are provided, and linen can be provided on request.
Air Conditioning/Heating is available in the house and ceiling fans are in every bedroom.
The house is situated just a short 150m stroll from the beach - where you (and the kids!) can enjoy crabbing, fishing, swimming, shell searching, beach cricket, sand castle making to name a few!
There is a huge shed to store the car and boat/fishing equipment.
So get some friends/families together, get in the car and make the short trip to Oladdie Beach House for the time out you deserve!
