* Booking Cancellation fee: $66.00
* This is a non-smoking property (inside and outside). Breach of this condition will result in loss of bond.
* Fitted sheets must be used on all beds.

Beautifully positioned house with plenty of storage. We had a relaxing time and definitely enjoyed the lap pool. Great place for time out.

Beautiful house, very well equipt, fantastic position - saves having a sandy car driving to and from the beach. Hubby and kids had fun at their surf lesson and we had a beautiful breakfast at the famous Muffin Shop at Mossy Point. Would definately stay again.

Hi. We've been to Broulee many times during our 24 years of marriage although we hadn't been for about the last 5 years.My wife wanted something with a bit more luxury this time as it was the last week of school holidays and our wedding anniversary. Your house delivered. We all loved it and really felt at home. To be honest my wife Julie is not really a beach person but does like the coast. She has put up with family holidays to various rental properties up and down the coast over the years but liked your place so much she said she would be happy to come back to it for our 25th wedding anniversary if we don't go overseas.
Noises tend to reverberate a bit in the house but I guess it's a trade off with the design, high ceilings, voids and hard floor surfaces (all of which I like.)

My wife and I were looking for a quality property for a holiday that included christmas day. We were not disappointed and thoroughly enjoyed "The Beach Shack". A well presented modern property in a great location and not even the weather could dampen our enjoyment.
