This is a great house. Great location right on the beach, but even better is the house itself. A fantastic layout for 2 families, or a group of friends, and owners are very accommodating. The house has everything you could need....even austar to please the boys! We have stayed in 4 different homes within Phillip Island, and this is by far the best.

Martini House is very comfortable and spacious with all the mod cons - perfect all-weather spot for a group of mature-age friends (like us) who want to 'recharge the batteries' for a few days! Stunning views of the peninsula and the bay from the house and the huge deck. The lovely beach is just a stone's throw from the house for nice walks to Grossard Point (which we did) and Cowes. Excellent communication from the owners who are very friendly.

Spent a long weekend for a gathering of the extended family. Was plenty of room for all of us. House is well fitted out and owners very friendly. Great location for walks along the cliff top and beach. Would like to return some day.

We had a fantastic stay. Loved the location and the view is breath taking. Evening walks on the beach, lazing on the deck, backyard cricket and the odd excursion to the Island's attractions made for a great holiday. The property is extremely well fitted out and very comfortable. Ideal for a large family. Wished we could have stayed longer. Highly recommended.
