Located at 21 Coppards Road, Newcomb, Coppards Rest is a renovated 3 bedroom house set in tranquil gardens with plenty of space for children, pets, trailer, boat, etc.
Large screen HD television in the comfy lounge.
R/C air-conditioning and a Nespresso coffee machine.
Your home away from home!
Children can feed and collect eggs from our friendly chickens.
Bedroom 1 has a Queen bed.
Bedroom 2 has two king singles that can be joined to make a King bed.
Bedroom 3 has a king single bed. A single trundle bed is available, if required.
A port-a-cot & high chair are available if you have a baby.
Only 5 minutes drive to CBD, Geelong Botanic Gardens, Waterfront, restaurants, University Campus & Hospital.
Bellarine Peninsula beaches of Ocean Grove, Point Lonsdale, Queenscliff and Portarlington are short drives away. A large indoor pool is only minutes away.
All manner of shops are located closeby.

Secure garage and yard area can cater for large vehicles.

Children

The backyard is secure for children to play. We have a trampoline and basketball ring. Children can feed our friendly chickens and collect their delicious eggs for their breakfast. We have a selection of family DVDs to choose from.
