Its huge parcel of land offers a 20m swimming pool, unique landscaped gardens and timber paths that lead to two studio apartments and the house. Guest Pavilion contains two studio apartments each with double bed, ceiling fans, en suite with shower and bath tub and outdoor setting for four. The house contains a master bedroom with queen bed, ocean views, balcony, bedroom 2 has a double bed, ocean views and en suite while bedroom 3 has two king singles, two single trundle beds and views.
