Amazing family friendly villa in a lovely location. The pool area was great and the small children’s pool was very safe for younger children. All rooms had en suites.The host greeted us on arrival and explained everything clearly and was easily contactable although we had no need as everything was great. All in all a wonderful holiday. Would return in a heartbeat.

We had a lovely week at Villa Borboleta. Marie and Ray met us at the property on arrival and went through everything we needed to know about the villa and surrounding area. There was also some food and drink supplies for when we arrived, which we were extremely grateful for. Marie and Ray were just phonecall/message away if we needed them for anything. They couldn't do enough for you.The villa itself was clean and felt so spacious for our family of 11. We all said we would definitely return.

We had an excellent stay at this property — a very nice Portugal vacation rental with a pool, and it was fantastic. The home was comfortable, clean, and exactly as described. The pool was a huge highlight for our family.Our hosts were extremely communicative and helpful. Any time we needed something, they responded quickly and were truly wonderful to work with. The local town was great and the locals made us feel comfortable. We had a great time and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Fabulous villa with loads of space for a big family. Biggest bonus was the lovely pool. We went in August and had it heated, well worth as the 6 children spent many hours in the water. Great bedroom space. Small supermarket and pizza restaurant an 8 minute walk from the villa.

Our stay at the villa was excellent! Enough room for the 15 of us, from an 8 month old to 65! Everyone enjoyed having the pool to play in and the location was great, close to town and restaurants. Marie was very available for any queries with very prompt response. Would definitely stay here again!

We already operate VILLA BORBOLETA for 14 years. As we offer a personalised service to each of our guest-groups we made a lot of friends in all that time. And that is probably the reason why so many families come back so often to enjoy Villa Borboleta under the Algarvain blue skies !

Why they chose this property

This property offers full comfort and privacy to groups from 8 to 16 guests. The villa has an astonishing ocean view and is located only a few minutes walk from the centre of Carvoeiro and the beaches. But also from the golf courses, the tennis courts, some nice restaurants the shopping centres etc.

What makes this property unique

VILLA BORBOLETA's unique benefits are definitely the fact that this huge villa had been constructed as a 'family hotel' which means that each spacious double bedroom has also its en-suite bathroom and WC. And there is of course a very spacious lounge, dining room and kitchen plus a splendid BBQ and lots of covered terraces.
