Description
Loch Sport peninsula is an untouched piece of paradise situated between Lake Victoria and the beautiful 90 mile beach on the East Coast of Victoria. The region is renowned for it's water activities and abundance of wildlife including dolphins, kangaroos, wombats, deer, and echidnas, that casually wander about the township or are sighted in the Lake at certain times of the year. Both the lake and beach are renowned for their fishing as well as tranquil waters edge strolls. The National park offers an array of bushwalking trails, picnic areas and scenic drives.
Other local attractions include the Golf course, mini golf, tennis, the local RSL, Marina Hotel, picnic areas and parks, Raymond Island, and Paynesville if you are able to take a 20min motorised boat ride.
The House
Lapping Waters is in the ideal location being only 100metres from one of the most popular Lakes edge beaches, a 5 minute walk to the Marina Hotel, close to walking and bike tracks and the local shop and takeaway outlets.
The house is split level with the back offering, a generous sized bathroom room with bath, additional WC, laundry and 3 bedrooms, accomodating for a maximum of 8 guests:

2 x Bunks (accomodating 4)
The main bedroom offers direct access to an eastern facing deck, beautiful to enjoy a coffee and the newspaper at any time.
The front of the house offers open plan living with a modern kitchen and appliances, dining area and lounge that accomodates a 42" plasma TV, DVD, ipod dock, a bluebox enviromentally efficient fireplace, opening up via bi-fold doors onto a 9m x 3m front deck with BBQ and seating.
The property is not suitable for pets.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house.
Guests are to provide their own linen including, sheets, pillow cases, towels, and tea towels. Pillows and donnas will be provided.

Bond is required to confirm final booking and will be refundable witin 7 days of departure. Bond is based on length of booking and will be confirmed by owners.
Cleaning is calculated at 1/2 hour. Additional cleaning required will be debited from bond.

Please confirm with owners on pricing. Bond is applicable and will be confirmed at time of booking. Bond will be refunded within 7 days of departure. An allowable cleaning charge of 1 hour is in included in pricing, any additional cleaning required will be deducted from the bond.
