This spacious two storey property has 3 living areas, ideal for multiple families or groups of friends to suit all ages. A wood burning stove and split system keeps you warm in the colder months. Design of the house keeps it cool in summer with a split system if required.

There is a large secure garage that can store motorbikes during events.

Perfectly positioned with the Surf Beach at the end of the street and just a stones throw to the Cape Woolamai shops. Grand Prix circuit and penguins 10 mins drive, walking distance to the famous Chocolate Factory!

Living arrangements

5/6 bedrooms; 3 queen sized bedrooms one with ensuite and one with additional single bed. One bedroom with two singles and a trundle. A bedroom with double bunk bed and double sofa bed.

Three separate living areas; lounge area upstairs with floor to ceiling windows and large flat screen TV, with open dining area adjoining. Sitting room with great views and perfect for peaceful reading. Games room downstairs with pool table and table tennis table and bar with wonderfully warming wood burning stove.

The main kitchen is upstairs and very well equiped. Contains all electrical appliances. There are also basic kitchen facilities downstairs in the games room including tea and coffee making facilities, toaster, fridge, crockery and cutlery.

There are two fully appointed bathrooms and one ensuite.
Washing can be done in the laundry downstairs.
Easy to cater for kids - we have a cot, highchair and pushchair available.
Split system - heating and air conditioning unit.

Local Attractions

San Remo town only 5 minutes. Main town of Cowes, The Nobbies and The Penguin Parade only 15 minutes drive.
Churchill Island historical heritage centre 5 mins away which has weekly markets in the summer.

Feeling like something sweet? Visit the famous Phillip Island Chocolate Factory.

Plenty of parks for kids and an endless array of different beaches for surfing and swimming.

This is not an appropriate residence for schoolies.
