Brecon Beach is a beautifully presented 2 storey beach house perfectly located only minutes to beaches (including the Mushroom Beach Marine Sanctuary), Flinders Village and Flinders Golf Course. Uninterrupted views of the nearby Pinnacle Hills.

Located in a quiet, but centrally located naturally treed area.

The house has multiple living and entertaining areas both inside and outside, upstairs and downstairs - perfect for family holiday. Sound systems and TVs on both levels.

There is an upstairs balcony overlooking a beautiful coastal garden for bbqs, entertaining and play.

A short drive will take you to some of Australia's best Wineries and Golf Courses.

"We loved our stay at the Brecon House. It was perfect for a family getaway, with enough room for the an adult family with elderly parental to enjoy being in the house without cramping each other's style. The garden was lovely and ideal for lounging around reading, very peaceful and the BBQ was well utilised during our stay. We were also impressed by how well equipped the house was for entertaining, we would definitely stay at this house again. "

"We stayed here for a week in summer and had a lovely family holiday going to the beach, wineries and local restaurants. The house is located in a quiet street, but walking distance to the shops and cafe's and a great playground. The house is well equipped and had everything we required for a comfortable stay. The two living areas and TVs are good for families, although the weather meant we were mostly outside in the garden. "

"Stayed here on a recent golf weekend. Fantastic place to stay, lovely part of the world and a great golf course. Comfortable accommodation in a quite and secluded spot. Slept 6 adults comfortably and has plenty of space inside and out. Would be an ideal place to stay with kids. Highly recommend. "
