Description

Open plan, spacious, bright! Modern furnishings, comfortable seating in the living and dining areas. Designer kitchen opens to covered deck, perfect for dining - rain or shine, night and day! Jetmaster gas fireplace for cozy evenings, and LPG gas barbecue. Absolutely everything you need! Callala Bay IGA caters to holiday guests.

Bedrooms:

Three large bedrooms with ensuites each offer a special feature. The main floor bedroom with queen bed has sliding doors to the deck. The master bedroom with queen bed has a balcony facing the reserve and beach. Fall asleep to the sounds of the sea. The third bedroom has 2 single beds that convert to a king, a bath in the ensuite, and a sofa bed. This very spacious room accommodates 2 adults or 3- 4 children. All bedrooms have built-ins. Fine bedding and towels provided.

The Client

Enjoy cocktails on the beach at sunset, swimming, fishing, peace and quiet, leisurely walks on the beach, cycling, or just relaxing in the best of environments. "Pete's Beachwalk" is a one minute stroll to the surf and sand of Callala Beach..a very safe environment for children. Local seafood readily available, a butcher shop, beauty salon and take out just down the road.

TEN THOUSAND TASTEBUDS has a freezer full of delicious take home meals. Call Britta , Culburra Beach. You will have a great holiday in this Callala Beach area!

"This is truly a lovely house, very well appointed from linen to kitchen supplies. A big plus is also that all bedrooms have ensuites. Wonderful outdoor spaces to relax in sun or shade as you prefer and just a short stroll to the beach. We'll be back!"

"A fantastically maintained property. Ideal for a short or extended get-away. We spent the October long weekend at Baywinds and had the perfect break. A short stroll to the beach meant our Dog got plenty of exercise. I would call this more a 'home' than a holiday house. If you're looking for a well appointed, exceptionally maintained house to get away - we can't recommend Baywinds enough. Peter & Suzi"

"Baywinds was absolutely perfect for a winter getaway for my whole family. The house is just gorgeous and fantastically equipped. "We had a absolute wonderful week with our children and two dogs Toots & Ziggy, yes Willa let us have our dogs at Baywinds, which helped us enormously. The bedrooms are large and have an ensuite with each. There is nothing wanting in this well presented house and it is just across the road from the beach. The indoor pool on the estate got a good workout as well, it is beautifully maintained. We all highly recommend this property and look forward to visit again."

"Thank you Willa for allowing us to stay in such a lovely house in an amazing and beautiful location! We spent many days lazing around on the back deck and on cooler nights in front of the fireplace. Neo and Dash (dogs) loved their daily visits to the dog friendly beach. The house was well equipped - kitchen, laundry and BBQ, very clean and tidy and just that extra bit special. We will definately be returning in the future! "
