Just renovated 2 bedroom apartment with stunning broadwater views. Main bedroom with Queen Bed. Second bedroom with double-deck bed plus futon double-deck bed, and VCR/DVD (just for the kids). Eco-friendly front-loader washer with drier function. Airconditioned. Balcony with views to the broadwater. Across the road to restaurants, take-aways, bottle shop, parks and kid-friendly swimming. Bike/walk paths handy - for access to entire coast line from Paradise Point to Tweed Heads. Close to major shopping centres and all Gold Coast Theme Parks. Unit has a single 3m x 6m lock-up garage. Need to book it straight away - just call (phone number appears after the enquiry is sent).
Standard check-out is 10am, and standard check-in is 1pm. If you need to stay later or arrive earlier - just ask - no extra charge (availability does depend on other bookings, so may not always be available).
Unit is only 100m from a bus stop and a taxi rank. Buses pass regularly to shopping centers, cinemas, Main Beach, Surfers Paradise, Seaworld, and Helensvale train station (easy access to/from Brisbane and Coolangatta airports). Less than 10 minues walking distance to numerous restaurants. Just the thing for couples wanting a break, or family get-aways, or extended family holidays (sorry - strictly no party, end-of-year, or celebration groups)
The magnificent broadwater is only a stones' throw away, and is ideal for younger swimmers (only ankle-snapper waves here). Family-friendly park and amenities (BBQs) handy as well (including fish-n-chips). Large open park opposite for footy/cricket die-hards. Extensive walking/cycle paths across the road take you all the way to Southport and Surfers and beyond - all the way to Coolangatta (40km) - mostly along the beach and very flat!. Small library of in-house videos and toys for those occasional rainy days - why not bring their 'must have' favourite DVD. Separate TV in kids room has AV input so why not bring the game machine too. Theme parks (Seaworld, Movieworld, DreamWorld, Wet-n-Wild, etc) all within 15 minutes away - great fun and guaranteed to wear the kids out.
