Karragarra is the smallest of the bay islands, and has a very small permanent population. It is a very tranquil, peaceful place to visit.

Karra, as it is affectionately known has no store or retail facilities, although these are available on the neighbouring islands a short ferry ride way. This is one of the secrets to remaining a quiet and peaceful place to be enjoyed by visitors looking for seclusion and tranquility.

The beach is safe, the fishing is great, as is the crabbing it is an ideal place for either a romantic weekend or a family holiday. The clock has been turn back 25 years on this island. People are friendly and kids are safe to explore, and pets are welcome. Access to the Island is available by both Passenger and Car Ferry.
