Situated on the ocean side of Blairgowrie, this rustic beach house is the perfect holiday retreat for couples and families. Just a five minute stroll through the native Moonah trees of the National Park takes you to the spectacular back beach. A keen eye can spot the rare Hooded Plover nesting above the surf line, and it would be hard to miss the awesome display of wave power at Spray Point.
The front beach and Blairgowrie Village, with its renowned eateries and stores, are also within walking distance. Sorrento, the Queenscliff Ferry, Portsea village and the Peninsula Hot Springs are all a short drive away as are numerous wineries and top class golfing links.
The House
Cosy and welcoming, the house sleeps six people comfortably. Each of the 3 bedrooms has a queen sized bed. The master bedroom also has a lounge area. Doona covers, pillows, pillowcases and sheets are provided.
The open living area has 3 sofas, a GreenSmart gas log fire, Plasma TV, surround sound system with Smartphone connector, DVD and CD player and a collection of movies, music and board games for your entertainment. The dining table seats 10, the outdoor table on the rear deck also seats 10. The front deck is the ideal spot to enjoy the morning sun, read the paper or cook bacon and eggs on the barbecue.
