Here at SURFERS SUNSETS we want to make it as easy as possible for you to come and stay with us, and we aim to please giving you exceptional value for money and customer service.
We are a husband and wife team who own and operate the property from start to finish. We clean the Apartment ourselves and prepare it for our guests. Paying attention to detail is an understatement and we strive on exceptional cleanliness. The savings we generate from this we pass on to our guests. This is why we
DO NOT CHARGE A BOOKING FEE
And provide
ALL HOTEL QUALITY LINEN for up to 10 guests. Inc. Fluffy white towels, micro fleece blankets, two cosy pillows per guest and incorporate

Extra Charges:
We have very nice neighbours, the majority of which are elderly owner/occupiers. We only take guests who agree to respect them and keep noise to a minimum.
We cater to family groups and couples.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT BOOKINGS FROM SCHOOLIES, LARGE GROUPS OF YOUNG COUPLES and/or SINGLES under the age of 25 years
PARTIES and/or FUNCTIONS ARE STRICTLY NOT PERMITTED.
WE HAVE A PRIVATE SECURITY COMPANY READY TO DEPLOY IF
THE NEED ARISES.
All services supplied will be charged back to the guest. If in the unlikely event that termination of your stay is executed you will forfeit all remaining days and could result in delay of your security bond. (Pending dispute resolution)
Here at surfers sunsets we act in good faith and respect our guests at all times. If dispute resolution is warranted the matter will be dealt with fairly and in a timely manner.
Tariff is based on a 7 person adult stay. (Up to 3 additional guests charged from $20.00 per person per night.)
We have a very comfortable 2.5 sofa bed and a single trundle bed allowing for up to 10 guests if required.
Children 5 years and under stay free.
BOOKING DEPOSIT:
$300.00 required at time of booking to secure your requested dates with us.
Credit Card Fee waived for this initial deposit only.
SECURITY BOND:
$1000.00 is required 1 week prior to arrival.
