Here at SURFERS SUNSETS we want to make it as easy as possible for you to come and stay with us, and we aim to please giving you exceptional value for money and customer service.

We are a husband and wife team who own and operate the property from start to finish. We clean the Apartment ourselves and prepare it for our guests. Paying attention to detail is an understatement and we strive on exceptional cleanliness. The savings we generate from this we pass on to our guests. This is why we

ALL HOTEL QUALITY LINEN for up to 10 guests. Inc. Fluffy white towels, micro fleece blankets, two cosy pillows per guest and incorporate

Other Extra Charges

2 Night stay available 1 Feb to 31 March only, priced from $850.00 per stay & includes all linen and cleaning charges, extra person/s charged @ $25 pp pn. To a Max of 4.

3 Night stays attract a $50.00 surcharge to the booking

We have very nice neighbours, the majority of which are elderly owner/occupiers. We only take guests who agree to respect them and keep noise to a minimum.

We cater to family groups and couples.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT BOOKINGS FROM SCHOOLIES, LARGE GROUPS OF YOUNG COUPLES and/or SINGLES under the age of 25 years

PARTIES and/or FUNCTIONS ARE STRICTLY NOT PERMITTED.

WE HAVE A PRIVATE SECURITY COMPANY READY TO DEPLOY IF
THE NEED ARISES.

All services supplied will be charged back to the guest. If in the unlikely event that termination of your stay is executed you will forfeit all remaining days and could result in delay of your security bond. (Pending dispute resolution)
Here at surfers sunsets we act in good faith and respect our guests at all times. If dispute resolution is warranted the matter will be dealt with fairly
and in a timely manner.

Minimum stay is 3 nights unless there is a gap between bookings then we
will accept a 2 night booking

Tariff is based on 6 person adult stay. (additional guests are $25 per person per night.)

We have a comfortable double sofa bed and a single trundle bed allowing for up to 10 guests if required.

Children 5 years and under stay free.

DEPOSIT: $500.00 required at time of booking to secure your requested dates with us.

SECURITY BOND of $1000.00 by direct deposit & is required 1 week prior to arrival.
We DO NOT have Credit Card Facilities at this stage and are unable to take imprints.

Some local favourites include Moo Moo's, Lauxes, Mario's, Sopranos, Chiang Mai Thai, and many more to choose from only a 5 minute drive away.

NIGHTLIFE
- Jupiters Casino is a world class casino. It also has numerous bars and pubs. Open till late.
- Surfers Paradise - Cavill & Orchid Ave's contain the night club strip of the Gold Coast with many clubs to choose from. They are open till late.

GETTING THERE
- The Gold Coast is a 60 minute flight from Sydney and a 120 minute flight from Melbourne.
- It is a 60 minute drive from the Brisbane International Airport to the apartment. (trains or shuttle bus are available.)
- Coolangatta Airport is a 25 minute drive to the apartment.
- Taxis, buses and limousines are also available at Coolangatta Airport.
- Nerang Rail Station is a 15 minute drive by car or taxi to the apartment and buses and taxis are also available.
