'Ripley' was designed by famous local architect Martin O'Toole and has been featured in cover articles in several lifestyle magazines including 'House and Garden', 'Highlife' and Country Home Ideas.
'Ripley' is functional, with a mixed of contemporary and French-style features such as high ceiling, chandeliers and French recycled timber doors. The generous amounts of natural light all though the house makes it a photographers pleasure - rain or shine.
With luxurious finishes and generous living spaces surrounded by a beautiful, fully landscaped garden, the portico entrance walkway evokes the elegance and charm of a grand old French country house.
Enjoy the views of the fully landscaped garden from every room. Soak in the claw-foot bath taking in the serenity of the garden and the canary aviary. Enjoy the all-day-long sunny northern aspect during the day and the warmth of the large open fireplace and continuous underfloor heating on winter evenings.
The property is fully fenced with perfect lawn surrounding the living spaces - children will jump on the huge trampoline, or ride bicycles and skate boards on the drive. You can sit in the kitchen area, on the terrace and be part of the action in the garden.
'Ripley' is set on one acre and enjoys full privacy from neighboring properties. Escape to a true paradise - a lost haven of symmetry, calmness and beauty.
'Ripley' sleeps up to 18 people
~ 10 in the main House and ~ 4 in the 'Barn' plus single mattresses for an additional 4 guests.
The 'Barn' must be included to cater for groups of more than 10.
'Ripley' is well suited to one or two families, or a group of friends, but also great for to host a very special weekend for your bridal party.

Ripley is most fortunate to have on board an excellant In House Chef who offer a variety of catering options from casual & intimate lunch, self catered breakfast hampers to indulgent in-house dinner service.
Whether its a romantic dinners for two, intimate dinner parties or a picnic hamper for eight, Ripley's In House Chef creates sumptuous foods, prepared and cooked fresh in Ripley's kitchen and presented beautifully. Each delicious course is elegantly presented on a beautifully set table complete with fine china, silverware, glassware, linens, napkins and flowers. They take care of all the details, from grocery shopping, preparation, serving, to clean up.

A COUNTRY GARDEN WEDDING
=========================
We can host intimate garden weddings in the garden surrounds Ripley for up to 60 guests.
Our service is designed to minimise the details the bride and groom need worry about, giving them a better opportunity to spend time with all their guests in the absolutely gorgeous surroundings of Ripley. Keeping in mind that Ripley is a residential family house and not a formal functions centre, Ripley's intimate weddings are casual yet elegant with a 'Home away from Home' feel to it.
We can host a wedding with a conjunction of 2 to 3 days accommodation.
We provide catering, all reception and ceremony equipments, flowers, hair and makeup artist. We can also provide you with celebrant, photographer and babysitters. Please call to discuss your requirements.
As we need to be very mindful of the impact on neighbours, please be aware of Ripley's requirements in this area before choosing Ripley:
1: Any guests on the property over and above those staying must only be by prior arrangement and permission in writing from me
2: Any gathering of greater than 14 people may attract additional equipment and venue hire fees of $500 - $1500
3: Ripley has their own caterers. We do NOT allow external caterers
4: For all other external suppliers such as hair and makeup artist, photographer etc, please call to discuss.
5: For gathering above 20 guests, day events are preferable.We are however flexible depending of the nature of the event
6: All visiting guests must have departed Ripley by 11.00pm
