White Shells is a luxury apartment complex directly behind the sand dunes at Town of Seaside, a recently developed beachside community complimenting the natural untouched foreshore with boardwalks, walkways and landscaping.
The boardwalk directly opposite the complex leads you through the nature reserve to one of the widest pristine beaches on the Sunshine Coast. It's like being at Fraser Island without the beach traffic - no houses or development on the immediate foreshore, just natural sand dunes and vegetation with abundant birdlife.
Patrolled beach is a 10 minute stroll up the beach.

The Apartment
Our Apartment is a penthouse on the top level directly facing the beach with views over the reserve to the ocean.
A spiral stair links the apartment's living area to a secure private roof top terrace for your exclusive use complete with heated spa and sea views along the coastline.
Also on the roof, the communal areas can be accessed where you will discover a heated swimming pool and two additional heated spas that enjoy views to Mt Coolum and the sea.
The apartment is finished to the highest standards with stone benchtops, glass splashbacks, Gaggenau appliances and 285cm high ceilings, with ducted air-conditioning throughout.
Full ceiling height bi-fold doors open to the large deck to create a single open space. An additional deck off the kitchen has a barbecue.
There are two bedrooms (one queen size bed and two singles). The Master Bedroom opens to the deck with ocean views and has ensuite and wall mounted TV with DVD player.
Parking is provided for two cars in the secure basement with lift access to the apartment.
The living room is equiped with large plasma TV, blue-ray DVD and CD system.
Accommodation for max 4 people.

Nearby Attractions
All Sunshine Coast Attractions are within easy reach of the apartment.
Noosa and the Eumundi markets are a twenty-five minute drive away.
The Hinterland region is a short scenic drive where you can explore Montville and Maleny villages with views back to the Glasshouse Mountains and coastline.
A choice of golf courses is close by including the Hyatt Coolum, being only a few minutes up the road.
The complex overlooks iconic Mt Coolum which has a walking track to the top that enjoys spectacular views if you are feeling energetic.
There are great coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance.

This apartment had every detail covered from tasteful decor to a well-equpped kitchen the unit was delightful. A quiet, yet convenient location White Shells had everything you would want for a short stay or holiday. The roof top spa kept our children entertained for hours while the pool was a great way to cool off from the beach. The beach at the front door stretches for miles and a is patrolled. All in all a well-appointed unit, very well-maintained complex and perfect location.
We will definitely be back.

What a fabulous place to stay! We had a thoroughly relaxing time in this beautiful and well equipped unit. There were so many features like the rooftop spa and pool that blew us away and made our break so memorable! From the moment we picked up the keys to the time when we sadly had to leave we loved Unit 36 and felt like it was a home away from home in the gorgeous little township of Seaside. We can't wait to visit again!

This apartment is beautiful. I highly recommend it. We spent a week here - could have stayed another! Location is great - an easy stroll to the beach and local coffee shop. The apartment is beautifully appointed and has everything you need. Highlights were listening to the waves crashing on the shore at night, and watching the stars from the rooftop spa. Heaven!

We have just come home after 4 nights at unit 36 at White Shells for our honeymoon and simply loved our time there.
The apartment is beautifully appointed and the true open air feel by the beach was perfect. The private outdoor spa was a huge plus and very relaxing. It really felt like home to us.
The location is fantastic - beaches just a short walk away and easy access to all the amazing Sunshine Coast beaches too.
We'll definitely be returning just as soon as we can manage it!
