The dual balconies offer views from Port Elliot to Victor Harbor including the Bluff and Granite Island and the rural area of Port Elliot. The property is close to the popular Horseshoe Bay, main street pubs and club, restaurants and local attractions.
Downstairs offers master bedroom with ensuite, dual bunks and two singles and a trundle in bedrooms 2 and 3. Main bathroom and separate living area with Plasma television and large double doors opening out to large grassed back yard and Patio area.
Upstairs offers separate toilet and 4th bedroom with queen bed. Large table to seat 10 looks out over rural Port Elliot and rear balcony. Deluxe Kitchen with Coffee Machine and dishwasher opens out into lounge and family area with two large sofas and plasma.
Head out onto the large open deck looking over Port Elliot coastal area and back towards Victor Harbor. Deck offers Jarrah table to seat 10 and bbq area. Garage Parking for two cars and extra parking is also available in front of house off the street for another two cars.
