Mount Wilson is a small, historic village set in the heart of the Blue Mountains World Heritage National Park. This area is well-known as "The jewel in the crown of the Blue Mountains".It is famous for its old established English style gardens which are open for inspection. These feature mature deciduous trees which turn into splendid colour in autumn and spring flowering bulbs and azaleas/camelias. Situated in The Mounts - ancient volcanic caps that have produced wonderful rain forests which protect diverse fauna and birdlife.

Mount Wilson Accommodation AAAT****1/2. Self contained in garden setting opposite Waterfall Reserve. Quiet and private with luxurious appointments throughout. 2 wood fires including the original open fireplace from which Chimney Cottage got its name. Enormous bedroom, furnished with cedar antiques and huge bathroom with double spa bath, double shower and marble vanity. Every room has differing views of the gardens.
