Unit 301 in LUXURY RESORT

2 Bedrooms, no smoking, luxury apartment.
The resort is a 4 and 1/2 star, very popular with families. .

The unit is on the second floor (top floor) on the side of the resort complex. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 master bedroom with queen size bed and ensuite bathroom and the other one with 2 single beds, there is a sofa bed in the lounge area for the 5th person and a family bathroom with laundry facilities (washing machine and dryer). The apartment is completely self contained with all kitchen appliances (including microwave), plates, saucepans and utensils.

There is air-conditioning in the living area and ceiling fans in the bedrooms. There are 2 balconies, a smaller one in the master bedroom and a bigger one with table and chairs outside the living room. There is a telephone for incoming calls, the emergency number (000) and 1800 numbers can still be dialed from there. There is a 24” television and a DVD player. Mermaid Beach is just across the road, 1 block away. Pacific Fair (shopping centre) and Surfers Paradise are only a few minutes drive away. The theme parks are less than half an hour away by car.

Privately managed

Built in 2002 it's modern and clean with all the amenities. We take care of everything from the reservations, to cleaning the apartment after every guests’ departure, to any maintenance issue that may arise. Our guests can still use all the resort facilities the only difference is that they will have to contact us if anything happens in the unit instead of contacting reception. As we are managing the apartment ourselves, we can offer it at a special discounted rate.

Just a quick note to say thanks for the great stay we had at your apartment last week.
We had a wonderful time at the fun parks, Wet 'n Wild, Movieworld and Dreamworld - unfortunately we ran out of time and energy to keep going.
