Bring the family as well as your friends to stay overnight at this charming, well appointed beach house. Set on 3/4 of an acre and abutting 65 acre Citation Reserve, you will relax as soon as you walk in and survey the views out over the reserve from the kitchen. The gorgeous balcony, shaded slightly by mottled leaves of the James Stirling and Silver Birch, has been the setting for many a summer's evening dinner party.
Walk to the beach down the estuary boardwalk
A 20 minute stroll to Mt Martha shops and beach along the Balcombe Creek boardwalk is the best way to start anybody's day! If you need some exercise, or just some peace and solitude, the boardwalk is a wonderful place to walk and catchup with your thoughts, or just walk the dog away from the hustle and bustle!
Pets welcome
Bring your pets and save on the cost of leaving them with a kennel or cattery. How could you be without them anyway? They are welcome here at our family holiday house.

My husband and I stayed at this property with our 3 young children and Labradoodle. We had a wonderful time and found the house and surrounds to be perfect for our family. The house has plenty of space and the kitchen is well appointed. The addition of board games and a good selection of DVD's was much appreciated. A bag of kids beach equipment (spade, bucket )was a nice touch as we didn't think to take any with us.
The house is a comfortable walk to the Mt Martha shops and we were able to take the pram along the boardwalk. We will certainly be back.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and are looking forward to visiting again soon. We took our baby girl, spoodle and my mother and everyone had a wonderful time. The house is gorgeous and very spacious, the huge outdoor area was perfect to tire the pooch out and Mum was very happy sitting with a glass of wine on the balcony watching the birds. The location of the house is extremely private and quiet but has good access to the beach and village. A really lovely place for a bit of R&R.

When we were looking for a property to rent for 6 weeks or so, we wanted a fully equipped house, pet-friendly, secluded and relaxing. This place ticked all those boxes and we had just the most relaxing time imaginable. To throw open the bedroom curtains as the sun rose was a real joy and the temptation to curl up after breakfast with a good book was one we did not even try to resist. Our stay was over all too soon and we felt real sadness on leaving.

We stayed at this property with our 3 kids for 6 weeks when we emigrated from Scotland and what a fantastic decision that was! The house is in an amazing location, backing on to the reserve and an easy walk to the Mt Martha beach via the boardwalk. The house itself is very spacious and fully equipped for all our needs and the large gardens were great for the kids to play in. The owner was a pleasure to deal with and we would have no hesitation in recommending this property for a short or long stay.

The perfect property for our family of five and two dogs. It had everything we needed from the fully furnished interior and well appointed kitchen to the huge enclosed backyard. The boardwalk was a nightly treat for the family and we enjoyed the village atmosphere of the shops and the lovely nearby beaches.

We spent 3 nights and didn't want to go home! We felt as if friends had loaned us their own home for the weekend - perfectly set up for children - could have sat on the verandah reading a book for hours. Huge garden to kick the football in (& the sports oval nearby as well). Close to the boardwalk & during our walk to Mt Martha we even saw an echidna! Beautiful natural bushland setting & a lovely home.

We stayed at this property with our 2 cats and 2 dogs for four nights while our house was having some renovations done to it. It's hard to find somewhere which allows pets and which is so well suited. The large garden and private road meant we could let the dogs outside without having to worry. We loved the house which had everything we needed. The location is excellent. It was a real home from home.

We would recommend this property for a short or longer stay, the house was in a perfect location. When you are sitting in the lounge, you feel like you are in the tree tops. This property has a well equiped kitchen, and the sleeping arrangements are excellent. The children had plenty to do and the property was big enough so they could run around outside without us having to worry about busy roads. Only minutes away from a local shopping centre and beaches
Next time we are visiting Mt Martha we will be re-booking this property

We loved our stay at this property! It is comfortable and really suited my husband and I and our baby daughter. We woke to the sound of the birds every morning and really enjoyed the fact that we backed right onto the Balcomb Creek boardwalk and walking tracks, which lead down to the lovely Mt Martha beach. And we had our family come visit with 2 adults and 2 kids and still had plenty of room for us all. A lovely place. Thanks!

Great house, very well appointed and very relaxing. We loved the peace and quiet, and the short walk to the beautiful estuary reserve. Our dogs had a great time too, as we explored the boardwalks and the beaches. We only wish we could have spent longer, and would love to come back!
