The open plan living area has 3 double sliding doors opening out onto a huge entertaining deck with BBQ and outdoor setting.
Complete with 40cm flat screen LCD TV, DVD and Bang & Olufsen Ipod dock sound system you have everything you need to relax! It includes a split system air conditioner and gas heater for year round comfort.
The functional kitchen is all electric with underbench oven, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge and plenty of bench and pantry space. A well equipped kitchen with full size fridge ensures you can prepare family meals if you feel like staying in.
The master bedroom includes a queen bed and sliding door to the entertainment deck. This room also has its own LCD TV and DVD player. Be lulled to sleep with the sound of the waves from all three bedrooms.
All 3 bedrooms have BIR's.
While the 2nd bedroom has another QS bed the 3rd bedroom has a functional set of bunks.
There is a separate laundry with its own access to the back yard and has a fully automatic washing machine.

My granddaughters, my daughter and I had a lovely stay at Aston House. Everything we needed was at hand and the proximity to the beach was great. The beds were really comfortable and the rooms bright. The decking area was fantastic for barbecueing. We will definately be back again.

Lovely home, had everything that we needed, maybe a rail on the wall near the steps down to the kitchen would have been an advantage as we had our elderly mother with us, and there was no rail for her to hang on to. Would recommend it to friends.

Lovely clean modern house, fantastic outdoor decking area and brilliant location RIGHT accross the road from the beach. We had a great stay at Ashton House. I highly recommend this property, and the owners were a joy to deal with! We will be be back for SURE!

A really lovely beach cottage with all the mod cons! It's got a homely feel with lots of 'extras'. It is very comfortably appointed and being able to bring our pet dogs was a big bonus. The closeness to the beach is fantastic! Would definitely use it again.

Great location & very quiet. Cant get much closer to the beach! Everything provided & nicely furnished. Only problem could not find ABC on TV channels? Thanks so much for allowing pets. The dog thought he was the boss looking down from the balcony.
