House offers master bedroom with Queen bed, ensuite shower and walk in robe, second bedroom has double bed and third room with double bunk. Seperate bathroom with bath/shower. Fully equipped kitchen, lounge with TV offering digital HD & DVD player, inside dining room and outside undercover dining area with BBQ and superb lake views. Fully airconditioned and centrally heated throughout.
The unit is one open living area comprising of Queen size bed, 2 fold out beds, kitchenette, dining area, TV with digitial HD, fully airconditioned and centrally heated , seperate shower and toilet area. Magnificent lake views from every angle.
Undercover double garage with remote access offering security and total privacy from the outside world. Washing machine, dryer and clothesline onsite for your convenience.
Doonas, pillows & extra blankets provided - please bring own linen/towels.

Fantastic Location, well appointed property, perfect for a family getaway or with a group of mates. Everything was supplied, full kitchen facilities, 2 good size fridges, washer/dryer, BBQ, didn't need to take anything extra. Directly across the road from a supermarket, chemist and servo. Short walk to Ski club. Simone was really easy to deal with.

The only reason for me not giving this great house a 5 rating, is that all the beds were a little uncomfortable, probably just need new mattress's, the bunks were great.Thoroughly recommend it for a family we had a wonderful time. I would like the checkout time to be a little later tried to clean and get small children organised was a bit of a job, Thanks.

Great hosts, and a terrific location for a fabulous holiday - so wonderful to be able to drop the boat in and take it out whenever we wanted with our own ramp. Thanks Simone/Barbara, our grandchildren had a ball - great lawns, access to the lake, and large living areas - and want to do it again ASAP!

What an amazing place! Stayed for a girls weekend away, Perfect place, perfect veiw and perfect facilties.. Cant wait to bring my family back. Will go back reguarly thats for sure. Highly recommend anyone looking for a weekend away A+++!!

Great location and excellent water frontage! Our group enjoyed a fantastic weekend away and made the most of the lake at the back door step. We also enjoyed all that Mulwala has to offer. Will definitely be back again. Thanks.
